The ideal drone will never exist for everyone. Too many diverse factors can lead someone to acquire a drone. Some enjoy racing. Some people want to capture grandiose cinematic works, while others choose to watch action-packed movies. A drone’s strengths in one area are frequently its weaknesses in another. However, the Skydio 2+ is very close to being ideal if speed and maneuverability are your top priorities.
It does have certain drawbacks, which we’ll discuss in more detail below. However, the tracking and collision-avoidance software in the Skydio 2+ is significantly superior to anything we’ve used in the past. The best part is that Skydio hides this sophistication in a whole and user-friendly flight control scheme.
